The Model Study of Marine Functional Evaluation

- With the coast zone taking the function of evaluating the target, building up with the attribute of maritime space, hydrology, weather, biology, chemistry, geology, economy, transportation, resources, environment, etc. is main contents of the ocean function evaluation mathematics model of science, objective and metered characteristic. Combine the system engineering theories, according to Multiple Objective Decision Making analysis method of the power of entropy, to take the port shipping area as an example, as it is the function carried on the evaluation. As a result, it shows that four ports chosen from excellent go to inferior and in proper order is a port of Qingdao, port of Qinhuangdao, port of Tianjin, port of Dalian one by one in order. The evaluation result agrees with facts.
