Research of Assessment Indicator College Teachers Based on the View of Stakeholder

- Abstract
- Based on stakeholders’ appealing to colleges, university teachers should perform their duties as teachers well. A qualified and effective teacher should not only possess the basic quality, but also possess certain degree of “maturity”. According to the Argyris Theory of Maturity, this paper illustrates college teachers’ execution of duty from two aspects: the former, job maturity, expresses in talent cultivation, scientific research and social service; the latter, psychology maturity, in professional honor and responsibility. The picture of social responsibilities that teachers need to perform will provide university teachers some guidance on performance assessment of work, and offer a framework of thinking to effectively meet the demands of stakeholders as well.
