The Research on Technology Innovation Policy and Social Capacity Construction

- Abstract
- The proposal of the thesis of Scientific Outlook on Development and transforming Economic Development Pattern, as well as the need for social capacity improvement, which contributes to promoting the industrial policy to the innovation policy. However, there have been many problems in the innovation polices which were used to enhance the social capacity since Reforming and Opening in China, so, this paper puts forward the possible paths choices of Chinese innovation policy.
