Value Creation Approach of Local Small and Medium Enterprises under Sound Monetary Policy

- Abstract
- In this paper, we study on ever since the state started to implement tight monetary policy, the local small and medium enterprises in the pursuit of survival develop human resources policy, through training and motivation of such concrete plans and actions, resulting in abstract and expected creative results, finding new ways to rebuilt the value of enterprises, providing empirical basis for induction and application of business management theory.
