Abstract
In the study of the role of the APS in the pathogenesis of recurrent miscarriage especially important to study the effect of antiphospholipid antibodies (APL) in the process of implantation, growth and development of the embryo and fetus during pregnancy and birth outcomes, since pregnancy in APS is often complicated by the development of placental dysfunction, fetal growth retardation, intrauterine hypoxia and fetal death. The main study group comprised 32 women with reproductive losses that have been identified antiphospholipid antibodies. This group will be divided into two depending on the method of treatment: the first group, which is also the main group, is made up of 23 women whose before a planned pregnancy was conducted comprehensive treatment with Essentiale forte N and Serrata, and then cancel it during pregnancy; the second group is the comparison group, which comprised 9 women who received conventional antiplatelet aspirin therapy during pregnancy. Study of Doppler indices gives rise to the effectiveness of complex therapy with Essentiale forte N in the prevention of placental dysfunction.
