Abstract: A new reference flow injection Spectrophotometric method for online determination of hydrazine was proposed in this paper, which was based on the condensation reaction of hydrazine with vanillin (3-methoxy-4-hydroxylbenzaldehyde), hydrazone formation. The resulting yellow colored product is stable in acidic medium and has a maximum absorption at 410 nm. Upon the optimal condition, the absorption intensity linearly increased with the concentration of hydrazine in the range from 2–1500 μg L-1 with a correlation coefficient of R2=0.9997 and the detection limit of the method was found to be 0.70 μg L-1. The sampling frequency is 20 samples h–1 and the relative standard deviation was 0.98% (n=11) at 100 μg L-1 of hydrazine. This proposed method was suitable for automatic and continuous analysis, and successfully applied to determine the content of hydrazine in river water, pond water, well water, real boiler water and waste water samples with the recoveries in the range of 99.0%–104.6%.

Abstract: In order to make the result of XML keyword search more in line with the user’s intent, according to related studies about deficiencies that set definition corresponds to user’s query intention, this paper analyzes the node types and matching keywords from the user’s view and in the node levels on the effect of the search results, thus put forward the result set definition based on classification of node and hierarchical semantic. In meaningful entity as the basic semantic units, to organize and screen the search results according to hierarchical semantic, return the smallest piece of information to meet the user's query intention. This method achieves a SAX event in handling algorithm based on the transfer of information from stack realize path, and at last experiments on different data sets.

Abstract: Effective leadership is one of the most important key factors for organization success and long-term development. The purpose of this paper is to provide a new perspective for improving leadership skills through analysing charismatic leadership. It firstly introduces the concept of charismatic leadership, and then briefly reviews Jobs and his leadership art in Apple ltd, based on the above; it makes an analysis of key elements of charismatic leadership. The finding of this study reveals that four primary excellence traits which distinguish these leaders from other ordinary ones: excellent eloquences, persistence, perfectionism pursuer and self-confidence. The findings of this study have significant contribution to the body of knowledge in leadership theory, as well as practical implication to the management of a small- and medium-sized company (SME) especially in the area of organizational leadership influences organizational performance a lot.
