- Abstract
- As the aggregates demand steadily increases, comprehensive legal frameworks as well as advanced technologies have to be established in order to provide a sustainable supply of mineral resources in the future. For the most precise determination of key factors within the aggregates supply-chain, a profound IT-based environment is crucial. The authors will discuss the actual state of affairs in Europe within the scope of this paper.
