Study of the GNIP Management Model in Post-disaster Reconstruction

Abstract
Combining the characteristics of Government Non-profitable Investment Project in post-disaster reconstruction, this paper uses the function analysis system technique theory to analyze the function cost in each stage of life cycle, then establishes the life cycle cost analysis model for functions, and is illustrated by a case of post-disaster reconstruction according to the various segments at all stages of the project management according to the function of project management model. And this management model also can help such disaster areas introduce and practice those advanced project models, and enhance the ability of managers in such post-disaster reconstruction projects.
