Analysis on Wind Farm’s Financial Feasibility under CDM Based on AHP

- Abstract
- Based on the context of the low carbon economy and green development, CDM is a flexible mechanism to help achieve carbon reduction and wind power can successfully apply CDM to achieve economic gains. In this paper, we analyze the financial feasibility of wind farm under CDM based on AHP, besides we take the YKY wind farm in the Gansu province in China as an empirical example. The paper can provide references for developing countries’ wind farms to apply CDM in analyzing the financial feasibility of the project, which can reduce risk and increase benefits.
