Abstract: Engineering enterprise is a complex system and the data of it is large and complex, especially the relationship between them is complicated. Therefore, to establish a complete set of data model which covers the full life cycle and sum up a set of means of data preparation which can be applied to enterprises are the key points to implement enterprise information system. This paper indicates how to prepare the data and gives proposals of data collection, analysis and collation, how to build the implementation of templates and examples and how to establish ways and means of implementation.

Abstract: Based on the context of the low carbon economy and green development, CDM is a flexible mechanism to help achieve carbon reduction and wind power can successfully apply CDM to achieve economic gains. In this paper, we analyze the financial feasibility of wind farm under CDM based on AHP, besides we take the YKY wind farm in the Gansu province in China as an empirical example. The paper can provide references for developing countries’ wind farms to apply CDM in analyzing the financial feasibility of the project, which can reduce risk and increase benefits.

Abstract: This paper reported the visible light decoloration rate of the solution, mixed methylene blue with the lixivium obtained in removing iron from quartz sand by ultrasonic treatment. The effect of the concentration of ethanedionic acid, time of treatment by ultrasound, the initial concentration of methylene blue and the volume of lixivium were investigated in details. The primary result showed that it was apparent improved in decoloration efficiency after mixed. And the decoloration rate improved more highly after visible light irradiation. The decoloration rate of mixed solution containing 20 ppm methylene blue got to 99.5% under the condition of c[H2C2O4] 5g/L, treating by ultrasonic for 2.5h, using 30mL lixivium. It also had certain affection for the CODCr of lixivium. This process realized the multipurpose utilization of liquid waste.

Abstract: Porosity is the most significant parameter that determines the shelter effcet of a porous fence in the large open stock piles. Planar and a type of non-planar porous fences with different porosities have been performed experimentally to analyze the flow characteristics through the wind tunnel with roughness elements. Velocities were measured by a hot-wire anemometer and the experiment data were discussed. According to the experiment results, the optimum porosity of the planar porous fence is found to be around 0.264, and the optimum porosity of the non-planar porous fence is found to be about 0.273. With the similar shelter effect, the non-planar porous fences do have higher engineering application due to the superiority of the stiffness.

Abstract: In order to study the effects of material properties on rebound characteristics of debris in different thrown condition, and promote the dynamic behavior model of debris further in automobile crash, the dynamic rule of elastic and elastic-plastic’s rebound parameters vary with thrown condition are obtained by kinetic simulation analysis. The rebound parameters indexes are vertical rebound coefficient, horizontal rebound coefficient, angle lost coefficient. The effects of rebound characteristics on dynamic behavior after collision are discovered. The trend curves of different material nature varying with rebound parameters are given by combing qualitative analysis with quantitative calculation. The abnormal phenomena of debris’s motion just like breaking rebound, is expounded. The results of simulation tests show that the rebound parameters of elastic-plastic debris vary with thrown velocity and thrown angle in non-linear, but in linear with thrown height. Sometimes the rebound parameters of elastic-plastic debris are higher than 1. Then, the rebound parameters of elastic debris vary with thrown height in non-linear, and the change trends is closed. The vertical rebound coefficient, the horizontal rebound coefficient, and the rebound coefficient of elastic debris vary with thrown angle upward with small change ranges, but big change ranges in downward.

Abstract: From the perspective of manufacturing location choice, this paper analyzed and tested the reasonableness in spatial distribution and investment of transportation infrastructure in China by developing spatial econometrics model etc., and it found that the transportation infrastructures in China are excessively concentrated in its eastern and central regions due to excessive concentration of transportation investment in these areas over the years. At the same time, the spatial econometric model shows that transportation infrastructure stock has a very significant influence to manufacturing location in 31 provinces in China as well. So it concluded that there is too much unreasonableness in the spatial distribution and allocation of investment of transportation infrastructure in China, so China should focus immediately on increasing transportation investment in the western region, and pay more attention to the development in the undeveloped regions by new lines to induce manufacturing sites located in those areas to improve the endogenous economic development power of the undeveloped regions to reduce regional disparities.

Abstract: This work was performed to study the influences of Ginsenosides (GS) on spontaneous sleep. Adult SD rats were randomly divided into the control, GS 10 and 100mg/kg groups. After recovery from operation, rats were orally administered GS 10 and 100mg/kg or water once per day for 6 days. On day 1 and 6, Polygraphic signs of undisturbed sleep-wake activities were recorded for 12h after GS administration. On day 1, only 100mg/kg GS increased significantly NREM and total sleep but decreased wakefulness; 10 and 100mg/kg GS enhanced θ power of NREM and wakefulness but reduced θ power of wakefulness and α power during sleep and wakefulness, 10 and 100mg/kg GS lowered θ power of NREM and REM stage, respectively. On day 6, both 10 and 100mg/kg GS increased markedly NREM and total sleep but lowered wakefulness and sleep-wake cycles; 10 and 100mg/kg GS enhanced δ power during NREM and wakefulness but reduced θ power of wakefulness and α power during sleep and wake state, 10mg/kg GS also lowered θ power of NREM. The increase of δ power in all stages, the decrease of θ power in NREM and REM sleep and the decrease of α power during NREM and wakefulness were observed in 10mg/kg group; the decrease of θ power during NREM sleep and of α power during wakefulness and the increase of δ power in wakefulness shown in 100mg/kg group. These findings indicate that GS can regulate spontaneous sleep in time-dependent manner, cortical EEG power spectra in rats.

Abstract: How to fairly and reasonably share the cost of Telecommunications Infrastructure to build jointly for three telecom operators is a difficult work now. This paper describes several methods of cost-sharing. By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of each method, we introduce Shapley Value Algorithm of the cooperative game theory to cost-sharing of telecommunications infrastructure to build jointly. Then this paper analyses the shortcomings of Shapley Value Algorithm. For the shortcomings, we take modified factors to improve Shapley Value Algorithm. Finally, we take the actual examples to prove that the method is effective and practical.

Abstract: According to the increasingly aggravation and deterioration of environmental problems, this article analyzed the relationship and difference of traditional security and non-traditional security, and put forward a new research idea that research environmental security problems in perspective of macro-security. As an important part of macro-safety concept, environmental security is not just a one-sided “security” issue or “environment” issue. This article reviewed the origination of environmental security, the meaning of researching environmental security, and the four characteristics of environmental security (integrity, protracted nature, globality and irreversible). Analyzed environmental problems in perspective of macro-security, pointed out that the environmental problems should be risen to the high degree of security issues, reviewed, reflected and researched the environmental problems which were serious threat to the survival and development of human society and the natural ecosystem system which human live on, spread the concept of environmental security to every aspect of Natural Science and Social Science, and omnibearingly and multilevelly developed and advanced the research and development of environmental security.

Abstract: Direction-of-arrival(DOA)estimationof multicomponent chirp signals is difficult by use of the conventional DOA estimation algorithms. Since the fractional Fourier transform (FRFT) is appropriate for processing chirp-like signals, a novel method, based on the FRFT, is proposed to deal with the problem mentioned above. Firstly, the new model of chirp signals received by a planar array is constructed in the fractional Fourier domain (FRFD). Secondly, the relevant steering vector is defined. Finally, a novel estimation algorithm of DOA is proposed based on the FRFT. The simulation results illustrate the good performance of the proposed algorithm for DOA estimation of multicomponent chirp signals.
