Study on Cost-sharing of Telecommunications Infrastructure Based on the Modified Method of Shapley Value

- Abstract
- How to fairly and reasonably share the cost of Telecommunications Infrastructure to build jointly for three telecom operators is a difficult work now. This paper describes several methods of cost-sharing. By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of each method, we introduce Shapley Value Algorithm of the cooperative game theory to cost-sharing of telecommunications infrastructure to build jointly. Then this paper analyses the shortcomings of Shapley Value Algorithm. For the shortcomings, we take modified factors to improve Shapley Value Algorithm. Finally, we take the actual examples to prove that the method is effective and practical.
