Construction on Warehouse Management Performance Comprehensive Evaluation Analytical Model

- Abstract
- Warehouse management involves many factors of difficult quantity to assess its characteristics. The capabilities of a warehouse management are seldom evaluated, since a generic framework that can be used for the evaluation is missing. Therefore, in this paper we design the indicators of various relevant factors of warehouse management, propose a warehouse management performance comprehensive evaluation model through integrating the methods of analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive assessment, and then analyze the application example from investigation through applying this model framework. On the basis of case analysis, the results show that the performance evaluation model is scientific and effective. The application of comprehensive appraisal methods provides a scientific basis for warehouse management.
