Abstract: In recent years, as the well development of the culture industry, the market of artwork is growing day by day. The construction boom of the Exchange of Cultural Products and Artworks in many places makes the capital pay more and more attention to the market of artwork.” Artwork share trading”, as a new way of investment, attracts wide attention of investors, which transforms artwork investment from "the game of the rich” into the business of the civilians. This new kind of investment makes more people available to invest in the market of artwork, which is an effective test for the promotion of culture innovation and investment innovation. However, considering the current state of Artwork Exchange, it is at the crossroad and filled with problems and qustions. At present, the biggest problem that Artwork Exchange face is lacking of unified establishment standard and supervision department. we should draw lessons from Tianjin Exchange , form a new agency which can be called China Artwork Exchanges Regulatory Commission and make scientific operation mechanism as soon as possible to change the situation of lacking regulator and help our Exchanges develop healthily.

Abstract: In order to develop an efficient design flow from MATLAB to FPGA, which employed MATLAB for algorithm research and as system level language allows efficient transition from algorithm development, this paper analyzes MATLAB as a development environment for the FPGA implementation. A simple design flow encompassing MATLAB as a system level language is described in Section II. The design flow utilizes Mentor Graphics’ HDL-Designer or the purpose of rapid prototyping. In Section III, we will show the application of the design flow on Numerical Controlled Oscillator system. We will show that the proposed design flow cuts the time needed to translate the functional specification into implementation specifications.

Abstract: Reservoir optimal scheduling model based on deterministic runoff forecasting does not consider runoff forecasting’s uncertainty, as a result there is a big difference between the optimal decision-making and the actual operation of the reservoir. In order to deal with this problem, this paper presents a method which combines the random simulation with the optimal operation of reservoirs group. The random simulation uses the method of Latin hypercube sampling to improve Monte Carlo method, which reduces the sampling frequency and improves the sampling accuracy. Ant colony algorithm is found application for solving the optimal operation problem of reservoirs group. According to the method presented we can obtain the scheduling scheme of reservoirs group under a given risk rate. At the same time the method changes the decision-making of stochastic operation into that of determinable operation. The study case of giant hydropower stations in Hubei Province shows that the method is practical. Actual operation of the hydropower stations can be guided by this method.

Abstract: Most economic activities are affected by seasonal fluctuations. This paper is an attempt to place greater emphasis on the significance of seasonal fluctuations in regional economy growth. The value-added of industry (VAI), one of the major indicators of economic growth, was analyzed by using the methods of Directional Statistics during the 11th five-year plan of Shaanxi Province in China. The result indicated that the VAI in Shaanxi Province has an obvious character of seasonal fluctuation, which is submitting to von Mises bimodal distributions.

Abstract: Due to the existence of information asymmetry in the fund market and the imperfect supervision systems, principal-agent problems frequently emerge between fund managers and fund investors,. Research on this field is necessary for the interests of investors and also essential for the development and improvement of the fund market. By analyzing the behaviors of fund managers and fund supervisors, this paper studied the necessity of the fund supervision system and its main influence from the perspective of game analysis. And then, considering punishments, this paper established several different dynamic game models. As information asymmetry brings adverse selections in principal-agent models, signaling model was then taken into account in the fund market. In this way, game result was improved after separating equilibrium conditions. In the end, we proposed some ideas and suggestions concerning penalty, incentives and efficiency of the supervision system.

Abstract: Warehouse management involves many factors of difficult quantity to assess its characteristics. The capabilities of a warehouse management are seldom evaluated, since a generic framework that can be used for the evaluation is missing. Therefore, in this paper we design the indicators of various relevant factors of warehouse management, propose a warehouse management performance comprehensive evaluation model through integrating the methods of analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive assessment, and then analyze the application example from investigation through applying this model framework. On the basis of case analysis, the results show that the performance evaluation model is scientific and effective. The application of comprehensive appraisal methods provides a scientific basis for warehouse management.

Abstract: Management innovation capability (MIC) is the core ability of an enterprise as well as an important embodiment of its vitality. Strengthening MIC continuously is necessary for enterprises to keep fast growth. Therefore, to perform deep insight into the evaluation system of MIC is meaningful both in theory and practice. This paper builds up a fundamental framework of an evaluation system according to general input-and-output theory, designs index system, proposes basic process, and performs empirical analysis of the methods and model of MIC evaluation through adopting considerable data.

Abstract: In the literature of national bias in the international trade, not only is the consumer bias decided by the product characteristics, but also it is influenced by product origin. Theoretically, consumers’ purchasing incentives for foreign products may be weakened due to political conflicts with their trade partners; on the contrary, the purchasing motivation can be strengthened with the improvement of political relations between both countries. In this paper, Sino-Japanese political events have been divided into two major categories, namely, political conflicts and national leader meetings. Between them, political events include the border conflict events (the Diaoyu Islands, the East China Sea oil and gas fields) and historical events (the Nanjing massacre, comfort women, the Prime Minister's visit to the Yasukuni Shrine and Japanese history textbook controversy). Based on Chinese and Japanese industry data, the paper examines, in the dynamic model with control groups, whether the political events can change consumers’ national biases, thus affect China’s industry import volume from Japan. The conclusions of this paper show that Sino-Japanese political conflicts, historical events in particular, may generate significant negative influence on the import volume from Japan, in wood, beverage, fruits and vegetables and plant fiber industries. But the state meeting may help to enhance the sales of Japanese imports like tobacco. However, compared with the local effect factors such as tariffs, political events, through changing the national bias, exert a smaller influence on the international trade.

Abstract: Transferring the property rights between buyer and seller corporate, Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) is a set of transaction, whereas both sides have to pay Transaction Costs (TCs). This paper aimed to build a process model for transaction and develop a measurement in approach of transaction costs, by calculating the TCs paid by one side of the M&A, for the process control. Also, this paper discusses some key factors which have influence to the transaction cost in M&A process, and their interactions. This paper also propose that TCs should be an important measure not for analysing the scale of firm, but for engineering effective procedure and mechanism.

Abstract: In this article we establish a pollution treatment technology investment option gambling model in the situation of tradable emissions permits and technical uncertainty, and focus on the analysis of the impact of manufacturer own research ability and competitor's research ability to investing marginal value. The result indicates that the enhancement of manufacturer’s research ability may reduce the investment marginal value. When the research ability disparity of two firms is quite big, the possibility of sequential balance is also big; When their research ability disparity is not obvious, it will appear forestalls balance or balance of investing at the same time. The model simulation calculation proves that model reasoning process and the result is correct. The research has important reference value to the manufacturer who wants to formulate pollution government technology investment decision.
