Study on Evaluation System of Management Innovation Capability in Enterprises

- Abstract
- Management innovation capability (MIC) is the core ability of an enterprise as well as an important embodiment of its vitality. Strengthening MIC continuously is necessary for enterprises to keep fast growth. Therefore, to perform deep insight into the evaluation system of MIC is meaningful both in theory and practice. This paper builds up a fundamental framework of an evaluation system according to general input-and-output theory, designs index system, proposes basic process, and performs empirical analysis of the methods and model of MIC evaluation through adopting considerable data.
