Empirical Study on Negative Reaction of Enterprise Employees from Participative Management Frustration

Abstract
Using many social science methods, this paper analyzes the inactive reaction on management participation frustration for employees. According to these results, this paper gives three countermeasures, such as the rebuilding the view of the value of the employee management participation for leaders in enterprises, using the goal oriented to remove the inactive reaction on management participation frustration and adjusting their mental when they feel frustrated.
