- Incubating pond training pattern is the most practical and common pattern used in Entrepreneurial Personnel training of cross strait Information Industry. In this paper, the concept and the meaning of this pattern are described. The author takes some correlation analyses according the real situation of cross strait, and offers several suggestions at last.
