The Empirical Research to Enhance the Sense of Responsibility of Employees in Institutions

Abstract
Institutions are unprofitable functional departments which are based on the principle of government function and public service. Enhancing the staff’s responsibility is very useful to build a harmonious country. From the angle of personnel management, this study uses the method of social science and analyzes the main influencing factors to staff’s responsibility in detail and gives three corresponding measures which can promote and cultivate the responsibility.
