Design and Implementation of the Numerical Control Multi-Needle Quilting Embroidery Machine

Abstract
In the view of traditional quilting embroidery machine,speed is not high. The machine is easy to have the vibration and the impact of product quality problems.We put forward a new type of numerical control multi needle rotating shuttle quilting embroidery machine. New transmission plan for rotary shuttle machine needle rod driving mechanism and a take-up mechanism is improved, at the same time, the quilting machine multi-axis synchronous driving accuracy, roller and optimization control software such key technical are studied, in order to further improve the speed and quality of sewing and embroidery. The development of products through test and actual application shows thatthe main performance indicators advanced.
