Assessing the Strategy of Hybrid Group Learning to Sustain Sucess by Applying ISO 9004

Abstract
As international educational program has become a competitive market in the developing countries, the need of developing a suitable strategy for sustained success has becomes a high priority. This study aims to create a new strategy for universities/colleges to recruit overseas students in Vietnam. It was applied to master’s program in business administration (MBA) in Vietnam. Evidence was found by self-assessment in supporting the strategy this study developed.
