Abstract: In this paper, electromagnetic wave absorption principle of water vapour molecules in atmosphere has been analyzed. As a result, the molecular electromagnetic In this paper, electromagnetic wave absorption principle of water vapour molecules in atmosphere has been analyzed. As a result, the molecular electromagnetic wave absorption formula of water vapour has been established. The absorption-transmitted spectrum calculated from this formula is well agreement with atmospheric window. Consequently, the conclusion is deduced that the water vapour in atmosphere make the main contribution to the absorption of electromagnetic wave and the molecular electromagnetic wave absorption formula of water vapour is just the atmospheric window formula. In addition, the Rayleigh dispersion formula in atmosphere has been developed as well. Finally, the law of varying of electromagnetic wave transmittance caused by water vapour content has been discussed.

Abstract: As remote sensing images can be used to identify features and interpret ground conditions, they have been widely used in many fields from environment resources investigation to military operation. However, most of the remote sensing images have little visual contrast and poor resolution. Thus, the remote sensing image enhancement technique is almost always applied before the remote sensing images are analyzed. Numerous image enhancement techniques are available. In this study, a novel image enhancement technique, Multi-scale Retinex (MSR), is introduced. This enhancement technique is effective especially for images with poor visibility or low resolution. In this study, several classic image enhancement techniques, say, histogram equalization, are also introduced. To illustrate the effectiveness and superiority of the MSR technique on remote sensing image enhancement, the technique is compared with these classic enhancement techniques by enhancing a remote sensing image with poor visibility and little visual contrast. The results show that MSR technique is satisfying and superior over the other enhancement techniques.

Abstract: There is a major impact on the market due to the arrangements of different enterprises of cooperation and innovation of the business model innovation performance and competitive position. In the process of innovation, cooperation should consider various factors in the selection of an appropriate model and innovation. In fact, a particular enterprise does not only use the innovative approach, which is often a combination of various methods. For example, certain technologies through market transactions, some concessions to technology, access from cooperation with other enterprises in the form of technical union, or non-proprietary cooperation, and other key technologies through internal development achieved independently, or through the cooperation and innovation of property rights. During the process of innovation, enterprises need to focus on a problem which should be solved is how to establish different models of innovation (organizing style) for model analysis, which is based on different technical innovation. On study of enterprise cooperative innovation, theories field had studied the enterprise cooperative innovation mode of game’s, choice factors’ and successful factors’ analysis. The paper will apply rise decision method establish the choice model of enterprise cooperative innovation for offering basis enterprise cooperative innovation’s decision in the innovative types, the mode of enterprise cooperative innovation.

Abstract: OGSA-DQP is A Service-Based Distributed Query Processing system in the Grid. It is concerned with providing a an approach to deliver High level Data Access and Integration services which are needed if data-intensive distributed applications running on heterogeneous platforms are to benefit from the Grid. It provides a uniform virtual data view above multiple relational database in the grid, Grid users can issue their queries based on the virtual view. Firstly, the architecture of OGSA-DQP was described. Then, the internal query and optimization mechanism of OGSA-DQP was analyzed. The query performance was evaluated for finding the bottlenecks of query performance and improving the query response time.
