Abstract: Solar energy is a kind of important renewable energy and solar radiation is an indicator to determine solar energy resource in a region is rich or lack. The estimate of solar radiation and its spatial distribution would be a reference for the country's energy development strategy and planning. However, the effectiveness of calculating solar radiation is still a problem to obtain an accurate spatial distribution of solar radiation. In this paper, on the basis of comparing the existing solar radiation calculating models and analyzing their advantages and disadvantages, the authors improved an existing model of solar radiation by using “regression equation calculation plus spatializing residuals” method, which has been applied better in the interpolation of temperature data. The authors calculated the land surface solar radiation in China using the improved stepwise regression model. The result was compared with the measured solar radiation data and the overall accuracy gets 89.88%. It shows that the method used in this paper improved the accuracy of the calculation of solar radiation.

Abstract: Coastal zones are the most vulnerable regions, and carrying out environmental management is effective way to realize the sustainable development. According to the requirements of environmental management in harbors and coastal areas, this paper systematically analyzed the coastal ecological environment impact assessment methods, ecological environment management models. Based on the research goals of ecological environment management in harbors and coastal areas, this paper put forward the technical scheme to set up the ecological environment management system, discussed the research contents which should be carried out as soon as possible. The ecological environment management system framework for harbors and coastal areas was built, which was the mode of "diagnostication-assessment- prediction- planning-management”. According to the aim to build the ecological port in Tianjin Port, this paper systematically analyzed how to perfect the environmental protection infrastructure, and put forward the environmental management programme. The activities improved the environment quality in Tianjin Port.

Abstract: For improved frame three-columniation end’s moment equation(TCEME) the paper introduces support sinkage and support angle and support horizontal displacement. The methodology was used by analyses columniation end moment and frame parameter bending moment diagram with moment equilibrium at joint and displacement compatibility. One result was equation three items be introduced, they are support sinkage component and support angle component and support horizontal displacement component. Another result was Three-Span Columniation End’s Moment Equation (TSCEME) that introduces support displacement component items in continuous three sans, but without shown frame chord rotation component. The third result was the simplified of TCEME and of TSCEME with constant line rigidness. The TCEME has one external couple moment at node, and TSCEME has two external couple moments, but they are all without external concentrated force at node. The example frame has load and support sinkage. The columniation end moment solution is calculation directly from load and sinkage by using TCEME.

Abstract: A novel flow-injection chemiluminescence (CL) method for the determination of triethylamine had been established in this study. Based on the chemiluminescence reaction between triethylamine and sodium hypochlorite in alkali condition, the fluorescein has strong sensitization in this chemiluminescence reaction. Under the optimized conditions of chemiluminescence reaction, FI parameters and the absorbing efficiency of triethylamine in the air, the enhanced intensity of chemiluminescence was proportional to the concentration of triethylamine in the range of 0.001~0.10g/L, and the relative standard deviation was 0.89% (n=11) at 0.05g/L triethylamine. The detection limit was 0.8mg/L in aqueous. The proposed method had been applied successfully to determine triethylamine in the lab air.

Abstract: Simulation has been used to analyze, demonstrate and develop complex systems more and more deeply and extensively. In the military field, Military Training Simulation System (MTSS) has been more widely used. The interoperability and reusability are more concerned during the design process of MTSS that integrates various components/models. However, there are many problems during the development process of MTSS. These problems made it difficult to develop MTSS quickly, and the systems integration and components/models reusability were also difficult to be realized. To solve these problems, we design a software platform for MTSS development. In this paper, a hierarchical architecture which is based on model-driven mechanism is devised for MTSS firstly. Secondly, the implementation details of the model-driven algorithm were shown. Thirdly, the software platform based on this architecture was designed and introduced. At the end, a practical application based on the software platform was demonstrated.

Abstract: The marine biomaterials - cyclina sinensis has unique structures and excellent performances. The static contact angles of cuticle surface, prismatic layer surface and nacre surface in cyclina sinensis are measured and the results show that the three surfaces are hydrophilic. The microstructure of cyclina sinensis surface is observed, then the hydrophilic mechanism of prismatic layer surface in cyclina sinensis is analyzed and the result indicates that it is accord with Wenzel model. The surface roughnesses of cuticle surface, prismatic layer surface and nacre surface in cyclina sinensis are measured and they show a decreasing trend from outside to inside. The bond strength between the cuticle and prismatic of cyclina sinensis is researched and it is obtained that three failure modes of scratches that are cuticle debonding cuticle in-layer cracking and cuticle buckling damage appear in the cuticle of cyclina sinensis. The study on surface characteristics of cyclina sinensis will provide theoretical references for marine anti-corrosion coating development.

Abstract: This paper presents a general 8th-order PDE method to generate Bezier surfaces from the boundary with position and tangent vector information. We extend the work on generating biharmonic Bézier surfaces by Monterde to generating Bézier surfaces based on a general 4th-order PDE. And further the results are extended to generate tetraharmonic Bézier surfaces by a general 8th-order PDE. The solution of the general 8th-order PDE is actually the extreme value of the corresponding 4th-order quadratic functional. Furthermore we deduce its complete solution, and provide the concrete algorithm. Finally, we demonstrate that the tetraharmonic Bézier surfaces and the Coons bicubic blending surfaces which have significant application values in CAD are the special cases of our results.

Abstract: In this paper, we research on constructing an explicit parametric curve to be taken as the limitation curve of Progressive Iteration Approximation (PIA) which can interpolate some scattered data points by using normalized totally positive (NTP) basis. We prove that when the data points and corresponding parameter list are given, the limitation curve has the unique explicit expression. There is a similar conclusion also for surface case. By specially choosing two kinds of NTP bases, Said-Bézier type generalized Ball (SBGB) basis and DP basis, based on the formula for the inverse matrix of Vandermonde matrix, we deduce an explicit matrix solutions of the limitation curve and surface corresponding to these NTP bases. Our results avoid the tedious calculation of the inverse matrix and hence will gain extensive application in reverse engineering.
