Abstract: Due to the increasing need for the return of dissatisfied products or used products to the producer, third party reverse logistics providers (3PRLP) businesses developed at a high rate in the past few years. A good 3PRLP plays a very important role in enterprise development, how enterprise selects the third party reverse logistics providers and entrusts his reverse logistics to them becomes an important decision-making task. This paper first describes the third-party reverse logistics (3PRL) operations, combining status of domestic 3PRL and environmental requirements of low-carbon economy, designs the evaluation index system of 3PRLP, at last establishes a model to solve the problem of 3PRLP selection using fuzzy clustering analysis method, which has provided enterprises a basis for choosing rational 3PRLP according to their actual situations.

Abstract: In this paper we investigate the variational discretization and mixed finite element methods of optimal control problems governed by parabolic equations. The state and co-state are approximated by the lowest order Raviart-Thomas mixed finite elements spaces and the control is approximated by piecewise constant functions. And then we derive a priori error estimates of optimal order both for the coupled state and the control approximation. Finally, a numerical example is given.

Abstract: In this paper, design of quantum-dot cellular automata (QCA) based Binary Coded Decimal (BCD) adder is presented. The design is based on pipelined structure with noise problems circumvented by careful clocking organization. The design occupies smaller area and enjoys superior performance in respect of noise, circuit stability and power consumption compared to the previously reported design. The QCA circuit is simulated and its operation is analyzed using QCA Designer bistable vector simulation.

Abstract: Along with the development of the network, the influence of the blog on the internet public opinion is more and more important, and as the new product of blog’s development, microblog and video blog have shown its unique characteristics in the process of internet public opinion’s spread. This paper first introduces the two new blogs, the microblog and video blog’s origin and development, and analyzes the process of internet public opinion’s spread. Then, combine with the microblog and video blog’s special characteristics, analyze their advantages in public opinion’s spread, and the influence on internet public opinion. Finally, this paper also does a guidance of internet public opinion for the probably negative influence caused by the new blogs.

Abstract: According to the requirements of miniaturization and low power consumption of the Companion satellite, the design method for the quadrature phase shift key (QPSK) direct-modulated S-band transmitter is proposed. Based on the innovative structure design, the low mass and compact size are achieved. According to the electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) design and the successful on-orbit demonstration, the method is proved to be feasible and reliable.

Abstract: Power harmonic detection is the precondition of harmonic suppression. In order to get better harmonic detection results, this paper designs a new harmonic detection instrument based on DSP and ARM. This instrument adopts a modified algorithm that combines FFT with Wavelet Transform, and improves the algorithm of FFT to reduce the required computation. At last validity and feasibility of this algorithm is proved by Matlab simulation. Through the design, this instrument can not only obtain the stable harmonics parameters, but also determine sudden change signals.

Abstract: It is shown that a ZPP-probabilistic polynomial postoptimality analysis procedures to calculate optimal solution of set covering problem that differs from original problem in one position of matrix of constraints do not exist on condition that the optimal solution to the original problem is known and unless ZPP=NP. Similar result takes place for the knapsack problem.

Abstract: Based on the infrared communication method, one kind of new electric aluminium blinds controller is designed in this research. The new developed electric aluminium blind is driven by a DC motor with high gear-ration gearbox, with an 8 bits PIC microcontroller being in rapport with infrared local receiver, remote transmitter, encoder-like device and the other a lot of passive devices. The control command is generated by the user when the function-defined key is pressed. The mapping digital signals of the control command will first be integrated into the setting address data and then transmitted in series by means of infrared medium bit by bit. The control command is received by the receiver is also bit by bit. They are partitioned into address data and control command. In case of the address data is the same as the setting value in receiver, the received data will be outputted right now to control the hoped action of the electric aluminium blind. The performance of the proposed controller of the electric aluminium blind was validated through extensive experiments and a laboratory scale implementation.

Abstract: The goal of this paper is to present a model of an adaptive hypermedia system based on the Educational Semantic Web technologies. This model is particularly interested in the combination of the domain ontologie and the learning objects granularity approach. By using the educational semantic web technologies, we allow the determination of the items linked to learning concepts and the recovery of the learning objects that are linked to them. On one hand, the produced ontologies serve to index and to classify the learning object. On the other hand, it permits the structuring of the concepts by semantic relations. This makes available an extension of the traditional research (based on traditional standards) towards a research based on semantic criteria.

Abstract: The web creates new challenges for information retrieval as the amount of information on the web is growing rapidly. One of the challenges is to crawl the information hidden behind a search form, as a tremendous amount of high quality content is hidden behind the search forms. This high quality information can be retrieved by hidden web crawler using a Web query front-end to the database with standard HTML form elements. The documents retrieved by a hidden web crawler are more relevant, as these documents are accessible only through dynamically generated pages, delivered in response to a query. To index these documents efficiently, the search engine requires new indexing technique that optimizes speed and performance for finding relevant documents for a search query. In this paper, a new technique to index hidden web crawled documents is being proposed that not only indexes the documents more efficiently but also gives a classification of documents. In the technique, attributes of a query interface and their value sets are employed to index the documents.

Abstract: This paper presents a low-cost and low-power consumption asynchronous Wake-Up (WU) development to Underwater Wireless Sensor Networks (UWSN). An asynchronous WU offers important advantages for energy-aware network polices, however it needs some specific hardware, an optimal configuration of system facilities and the interconnection with a core control unit. This proposed WU implementation has been specifically designed to be used in acoustic underwater modems, able to react to external acoustic stimuli. Both the modem and the Wake-Up system use a unique piezoelectric transducer dissipating, to our knowledge, the lowest power published until now. Moreover, the system is able to detect both simple tones and predefined bit patterns, being able to wake up a network node UWSN individually or even to different nodes at the same time.
