Abstract: A multi-agent-driven closed-loop quality chain model is discussed here, where all kinds of forward and reverse agents work together and coordinate with each other. The closed-loop operation mechanism and coordination of these agents in quality chain model are especially described according to different positive and reverse agents. Lastly the coordinated optimization problem of different agents is modeled as a multi-objective optimization method solved and verified by particle swarm optimization algorithm.

Abstract: As one of the differential protection problems, misinterpretation of inrush current has caused many faults. Aiming at this problem, a new method to identify inrush current based on wavelet neural network is put forward. Firstly, this paper makes a quantitative analysis of signal-phase inrush current. After using PSCAD/EMTDC software to establish simulation models of both short circuit current and inrush current, db5 wavelet is selected to extract characteristic quantity of currents. According to the ‘higher energy’ characteristic of inrush current’s waveform, this paper takes energy characteristic values as feature space of LM improved algorithm pattern recognition, uses the classificatory function of BP neural network to identify inrush current, and chooses 972 groups of samples to train neural network. Error distributions of all samples’ output prove that this method is correct. Finally, this paper proposes a new criterion to identify inrush current. It verifies that the speed, sensitivity and reliability of transformer protection are improved by this method.

Abstract: A new controller structure is formed by two parts. One is the main controller, designed for high performance of the nominal system; another is a compensation controller, which builds an additional control signal to cancel the disturbance and enhance the robustness of the closed loop system. Compensation controller is designed by using the disturbance estimation which could be given by nonlinear extended state observer. In this paper, the process of implementing this new method on reusable launch vehicle is detailed and simulated.

Abstract: In virtual transactions, 2-mode network about “user-product” is constructed by e-commerce behavior between users and products. Based on binary matrix of evaluating products by users in virtual transactions, this paper discusses that 2-mode and 1-mode network structure between products and users from the whole network of social network analysis prospect. First, a model about “user-product” is constructed through two representation methods including matrix and graph. Then, this paper introduces main methods such as matrix transformation, bipartite 2-mode graphs, etc. Third, through a case about a B2C transaction website, some quantitative characteristics including network density, clique relationship, and core-periphery structure can be revealed and visually displayed. Furthermore, members’ relationships and structure characteristics are acquired based on the analysis of visualization results. Moreover, this paper computes density and the degree centrality, betweenness centrality and closeness centrality demonstrating customer authority. Lastly, a conclusion is reached that the cited network has core-marginalization constitution. Through comparative analysis, we found that there are central nodes and several groups. Furthermore, the proposed methods in this paper can be utilized in the research of members’ relation and structure characteristics in the transaction networks, which can be convenient for improving and enhancing user experience.

Abstract: The 17th CPC National Congress proposed a development strategy of "improve the ability of independent innovation, establish an innovative country" and "promote entrepreneurship to create more employment opportunities", among them, "establish an innovative country" is the strategic goal during national long-term science and technology development plans. University, as a part of the national innovation system, is not only the main base of knowledge innovation, dissemination, and application, but also the cradle that cultivates the spirit of innovation and produces talents. College students are one of the most innovative, business potential groups, as a result, exercising innovation education and entrepreneurship practice in higher education, encouraging university students' own business, are major moves for education system to continue study and practice scientific development concept, thus, service in the innovative national construction. It is also an important method to deepen the teaching reform of higher education and train students' innovative spirit and practical ability, yet an important step to implement is “creating more employment opportunities by promoting entrepreneurship” to achieve college graduates full employment. This paper probes into the pioneering talents training mode in higher education school, and through the cooperation between school and enterprise, cultivates innovative entrepreneurship talents in practice, and good effect has already come out of it.

Abstract: In this paper, a kind of fuzzy adaptive proportional-integral-derivative (PID) controller is designed and applied in position control of Brushless DC motor (BLDCM). According to the parameters of the control system, the controller adopts fuzzy adaptive control theory to adjust the PID parameters. So, higher precision position control is achieved. The simulation results show that fuzzy adaptive PID control method has fast response, strong coupling and robustness, and the dynamic and static characteristics are superior to the conventional PID control method. At last, the paper presents an increased performance position control system using the TMS320F243 digital signal processor (DSP) produced by Texas Instruments as microprocessor and BLDCM as executor.

Abstract: As technological innovation plays an increasingly important role in promoting regional economy, the innovation capacity has become an important impetus to enhance the urban competitiveness. This paper makes an empirical evaluation study on city innovation capacity in Zhejiang province in 2009 by using the super-efficiency DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis) model. Firstly, we establish the evaluation indicators of city innovation capability. Secondly, we input the data collected from the 11 cities of Zhejiang province into super-efficiency DEA model so as to get the super-efficiency index of each city’s innovation efficiency. Finally, based on the slack vectors of inputs and outputs of each city’s innovation, we find out how to improve the city innovation capacity.

Abstract: To develop low-carbon economy is reality and historical choice for human being. The competition between countries in the future depends on environment technology and the sustainable energy use. Hubei province located in the middle of China has abundant natural resources, relative comprehensive industry and technology foundation, but the condition of environment pollution, high energy consumption and low-efficiency energy use, high emission and low-degree treatment is still severe. This paper discusses the advantage and problem of Hubei’ low-carbon transformation, and puts forward some strategies to solve these problems.
