Abstract: The reasons influencing process quality are usually complexity. As the indetermination of roles between problem and cause, and their complex nonlinear relationship, many difficulties is appear for us to diagnose process quality and to determine relevant improvement measures. For Present researches in quality diagnosis, the basis is statistical control chart. The cause by diagnosis is direct. The underlying causes are not diagnosed on organization's system –level. And many of existing researches are based on deep knowledge. In practice, the staffs in a corporate are difficult to use it in practical. The paper employs partly the method of Quality Function Deployment (QFD) to treat with correlativity between issue and process, process and systemic factor, systemic factor and particular causation. Through the transformation of correlation matrix layer upon layer, the particular causation influencing output quality will be diagnosed and key measure will be determined subsequently. The research not only find cause from the system-level of an organization, but also easy to understand and apply. Case studies show the method is effectual. It is helpful for decision-making in quality improvement.

Abstract: As Chinese managers concentrate on career success, one issue with the most concern is how their career success is prepared, realized, and evaluated. However, recent research neglects career success evaluation model of Chinese managers. Based on career theory with the theory applied in recent career success research, the paper aims at establishing a novel career success evaluation model of Chinese Managers. After collecting 466 questionnaires from Xi'an, Beijing, Shanghai and other cities, the author has analyzed and managed to establish career success evaluation model of Chinese managers. The model consists of 3 dimensions, 6 factors and 29 indexes. 29 indexes belong to six factors that is “self satisfaction”, "surrounding approval”, "personal wealth”, "post influence” , "maintain and development ability” and “promotion capacity”. These factors that belongs to “career satisfaction”, "career objective results” and “professional core competitiveness” in three dimensions. The result of the studies indicates that the model has high reliability, the study on career success of the Chinese cultural context has an important theoretical and practical significance.

Abstract: This paper provides quartic functional equations satisfied by the enumerating functions of rooted planar nearquadrangulations and cubic enunfunctions of rooted nonseparable outerplanar quadrangulations, explicit formulae for such these quadrangulations with map fundamental parameters are derived respectively after employing Lagrangian inversion. Quadrangulations and 4-regular maps (or quartic maps as some scholars called them) are very important, the usage can be seen for rectilinear embedding in VLSI, for the Gaussian crossing problem in graph theory, for the knot problem in topology, and for the enumeration of some other kinds of maps.

Abstract: Global approximation substitute for the original model is also called response surface (RS), surrogate or meta-model. The key aspects should be considered when using the RS approximation method: the accuracy of the RS, the number of original model evaluations, the time consuming when updating the RS, the memory space occupied by the RS, and the speed of evaluation for a given point using the RS. This paper analyzes the drawbacks of the existing response surface methods, and then proposes an adaptive regressive polynomial response surfaces method using quadratic functions with domain decomposition. The test cases and applications effectively support the proposed method of this paper. As it is shown, the proposed method is far more effective and accurate.

Abstract: In condition of the monetary control relieves, advance in technology, consumer demand change and the market competition is intense, financial organ starts the finance innovative activities. Innovation brings the advantage of competitive, but also creates the global finance tsunami. The study also found that the trust of general public to the financial institutions has been shaken, and this crisis of trust is caused by the global financial tsunami. Review Taiwan financial organ, innovation and trust are important for their serve objectives. So that this study uses questionnaire with a random sample to explore how institutional trust and financial innovation have affected behavioral intentions. The purpose of the questionnaire is to analyze the perspectives of those credit cooperatives customers on the idea of institutional trust and financial innovation, and to use structural equation modeling to verify the relationship between financial innovation, perceived value, customer satisfaction, and behavioral intentions. The results showed that customer satisfaction has the greatest impact on behavioral intentions, followed by perceived value, financial innovation, and institutional trust. Therefore, customer satisfaction and perceived value are the key factors in influencing behavioral intentions. The structural equation modeling suggests that institutional trust has a significant and positive influence on financial innovation. Furthermore, trust also has influence on perceived value, satisfaction and behavioral intentions.

Abstract: This paper is to study Forest Disequilibrium Distribution Appraisement Model and Rational Allocation of China, based on Gini coefficient theory of economics, and combining Chinese national status and forest condition. It is a risky and flawed when the forest cover ratio is only used to analysis on the disequilibrium of Macro-allocation of forest resources configuration. Forest macro-allocation is related to the improvement of inland environment, the ecological security and sustained development in economic society. The purpose of this paper is how to analyze macro-level allocation of forest resources scientifically. The model has been built in this paper, which is used to assess the unbalanced distribution of forest resource. This model can give a precise description about the level of the uneven distribution of forest as well as give an assessment when referring to evaluation parameters. The model is representative and the assessment of model is operability when guiding Macro-allocation of forest resources. The suggestion is to bring improvement forest resource equilibrium into planning of the forest strategy in China.

Abstract: China has the most mobile phone users in the world and mobile payment (MP) becomes a most promising area with the rapid increase in application of the mobile Internet. However, previous research on the reasons why the Chinese mobile phone users accept/adopt or are willing to use mobile payment has not come to a convincing conclusion. We propose a research model by integrating the prospective user’s cost and perceived risk with Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) and collect data by survey to investigate the determinants of the mobile payment acceptance in China. By revising the hypothesized model based on the data analysis by SPSS and AMOS, it is tested empirically that in the user’s acceptance of mobile payment, performance expectancy and social influence are the drivers, whereas cost and perceived risks are the barriers. Theoretically, we extend the UTAUT model in the context of Chinese mobile payment acceptance. Practically, the findings of this study provide managerial insights to the mobile payment service providers and shed lights on the development of mobile payment in China.

Abstract: Online trust crisis restricts consumers from online business. It is important to improve online trust for C2C electronic commerce. From the view of customers, this paper firstly compartmentalizes online trust into three parts, trust to online environment, websites and sellers, followed by an empirical research on antecedents of three types of trust. Multiple regression analysis on 1428 effective questionnaires shows that individual trust tendency has positive effect on trust. However, the regression coefficient of the environmental trust is the highest among the three coefficients. The validity of the reputation feedback, the real name authentication, the third party payment, the interaction and communication have significantly positive effect on the trust to websites. The regression coefficient of the validity of the third party payment is the highest among them; Sellers’ reputation has significantly positive effect on the trust to sellers but the sellers’ scale does not have significant effect on it.
