Abstract: Extracted information by remote sensing classification has become a widespread approach for land-use. However, remote sensing images have mixed pixels, same object with different spectrums and different objects with same spectrum, which may weaken remote sensing classification accuracy. In this paper a new method of remote sensing land-use classification was proposed based on fractal net evolution approach and Dempster Shafer evidence theory. Remote sensing image was segmented to sub-objects in the method of fractal net evolution approach, and a frame of discernment was established according of the Land-use Classification. Evidence, the core of the frame, was extracted from the data’s special and spectral characters of sub-objects in multi-source. Basic probability assignment was calculated to establish a decision-making rule, which was used to classify the sub-objects. An example of classifying land-use with the satellite data from SPOT-5 and RADARSAT-2 was carried out. Test result shows that the method improved the accuracy of RS image classification with higher application value.

Abstract: This paper presents a novel scheme called “QNX identified models combining with Matlab/Simulink platform”. The idea is based upon the fact that the models were generated by the QNX C/C++ compiler and Matlab/Simulink. In this study, we analyze the key steps: designing the simulink model and generating the QNX model code. Moreover, these models code can be implemented in the QNX real-time system. Simulations in the QNX real-time system show that the QNX models which based on the methods in this research, can offer an attractive performance during both real-time simulation and feedback operations.

Abstract: As a major means in the researching of the drag reduction of fluid, experimental method plays a necessary role while promoting the process of the theory relating to the drag reduction of fluid. Many important turbulent flow phenomena are achieved based on the test conditions. Experimental researches of fluid friction on the ship sailing and underwater vehicle navigation are mostly carried out by using tunnel devices. Because of its large floor area, high cost, and difficulties in controlling the test conditions and the complexity of the structure, it sets a limit to the fields in tests and applications significantly. Meanwhile, the experiment on testing drag reduction effect on the jetting surface will be unavailable, which makes it have some limitations in using tunnel device. Based on the factors above, we developed a small platform, which can be used for testing drag reduction effect on the bionic jetting surface. By means of designing and developing the testing platform data acquisition system, writing the graphical user interface in LabVIEW environment to control data flow, and collecting the value of the surface friction torque of the fluid for different experimental models in the course of test, we could achieve the automation of data collection and data real-time monitoring. By taking experiments on the testing platform we get an access to analysis of the uncertainty. The result shows that the testing platform is fully equipped to test for fluid friction testing capabilities.

Abstract: Complex networks provide a new tool for studying relationship among a large number of enterprises. This paper constructs the annual competitive relationship complex models of Boolean network and weighted network among the logistics enterprises according to the data of the logistics enterprises’ location and turnover from the year 2006 to 2009 in Dongguan, China. We analyze network structure properties of the logistics competitive relationship network each year with the different static indexes, and discuss its evolution over time. The results show that the logistics competitive relationship network, viewed as a weighted network, displaying statistical features that are different from those obtained by using a binary-network approach and weighted network appearing to be more practical. In particular we find that: (ⅰ) the strength of nodes is subjected to scale-free distribution; (ⅱ)the weighted network has weak assortativity; (ⅲ)enterprises with high turnover display features of more competitive links and more clustered relationship. Finally, this paper discusses macroscopic and microcosmic industrial significance and inspiration of the competitive relationship complex network in logistics industry and gives some advice according to the interpretation.

Abstract: VPN technology has realized the intranet information transmission on the public information network just like pulling out a special line for the users. VPN constructs a virtual private network through using public communication facility such as Internet to achieve the aim of realizing the security and cost saving. In this paper, we propose a solution based on software VPN server to solve the problem of both the enterprise network security and transmission cost, and then explain the advantages of software VPN server through a specific engineering instance. If the users have special requirements for data security, then they can adopt the hybrid cipher algorithm. It combines with symmetric and asymmetric cipher algorithm and provides the functions of information transmission integrity as well as secrecy, which has played a very important role in the VPN network security. In the following we discuss the implementation mechanism of this algorithm, and perform the programming under the VC++ 6.0 platforms to realize this algorithm. The system performance analysis and hydraulic project practice examination show that this algorithm based on AES and ECC has a higher security compared with the traditional DES and RSA algorithm, and effectively satisfies the VPN network requirements on data transmission security.

Abstract: Vegetables are essential to people’s daily diet. The quality and safety of vegetable have a direct impact on people’s health. At the same time, it is an important factor of national economic development. Pesticide residue is one of the important factors that affect the quality and safety of vegetable. In this paper, Logistic regression model is applied to mining useful information from the limited original test data of vegetable and predicting the risk trend of pesticide residue of vegetable in the further. The result is that the security and pesticide residue of vegetable are unstable from July to November. There may be medium risk or high-risk situations in the same time in the future. The vegetables are safer, and the safe state is more stable from January to March. Vegetable pesticide residue is at a low level in the same time in the future. The result of paper is credible. The supervisors can make some decisions based on the result in case of the supervision of vegetable quality and safety in different periods.

Abstract: In this paper, a 2.6 GHz low-noise amplifier (LNA) is designed and implemented using the GaAs high electron mobility transistor (HEMT) for WiMAX applications. The 2.6 GHz LNA is based on a common-source configuration. The noise figure (NF) expression of the 2.6 GHz LNA is derived to improve its noise performance. The noise figure of the LNA can be reduced by 1.4 dB by increasing the biasing resistance at gate of a transistor by a factor of ten and decreasing the real part of equivalent impedance looking into the drain of a transistor by 20 %.

Abstract: This paper illustrates the importance of awareness and informal communication in work environments, and outlines the resulting implications for the design of future information and communication technologies. The paper starts by providing an introduction into intellectual teamwork, showing its benefits and explaining, why informal communication and awareness are decisive factors for successful teamwork. After a brief characterization of virtual teams, it is shown, how the lack of physical proximity effects distributed teamwork. The paper closes with an assessment of state-of-the-art communication media and illustration of why existing communication technologies are not adequate for supporting awareness and informal communication in future work environments.

Abstract: In the global competitive environment, manufacturers must be able to quickly respond to customers. Rapid responses necessitate the use of information technology to share and integrate information, making the construction of an e-manufacturing environment an important issue for manufacturers. ATP (Available to Promise) is a vital indicator of the ability to quickly respond to customers. Manufacturers that collect real-time ATP information can respond effectively and instantly. With regard to information collection, RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) features remote read and re-writable abilities that render it suitable for collecting information on the shop floor. This study offers a RFID-based e-manufacturing framework that enables timely collection of information from the shop floor in order to achieve real-time ATP and ultimately enhance manufacturers’ ability to respond quickly to customers.

Abstract: CSR has become a common concern in companies and has been given more attention in the society. Especially in electricity-generated corporations, CSR has been treated as the main force for development. In order to promote the level of CSR for electricity-generated corporations, we established a CSR evaluation system on the basis of extension and matter-element model. After building the evaluation model, we make an assessment on China Huaneng Group. Through the results, it is proved that the evaluation model is feasible for electricity-generated corporations’ CSR evaluation.
