Abstract: After a brief introduction to the project site selection of industrial plant (PSSIP), a new model of PSSIP, with which the comparison between elements in the feasible set and ideal references out of the feasible set can be achieved, is proposed according to the Extenics and its matter element (ME) theories founded by a Chinese scholar Wen Cai. Firstly, the matter element of feasible schemes (MEFS) is not only established but also standardized by the eigenvalue of different evaluating indexes in this model. Secondly, the matter element of ideal references (MEIR) is established with the help of the value range analysis of all the eigenvalues of each MEFS and then the degree of nearness between MEFS and MEIR can be detected by Euclid Distance. Thirdly, in order to modify the model which can hardly embody the importance levels of different evaluating indexes, the compound weight considering both the subjective weight with priority judgment method and the objective weight with entropy method is raised in this paper. Fourthly, the comprehensive degree of nearness between MEFS and MEIR gained by the improved calculation of Euclid Distance with the compound weight can be used as the criterion to select industrial site. Finally, with a case study of a coal preparation plant in Shaanxi, China, it is suggested that the model of PSSIP based on ME analysis is practical and exercisable and its result is believable.

Abstract: Large-scale data centers, the workload in each node changes dynamically over time, causing the imbalance of workload, so the workload in some machines may exceeds the threshold, which not only can’t guarantee the quality of service requirements (QoS), may also waste resources. This paper designs a resource manager based on migration cost, resource utilization and the number of machines, which develops relevant migration policy for virtual machine migration. The manager is divided into two stages. The initial phase will decide the virtual machines (VM) which should be migrated. The goal is to meet QoS, maximize resource utilization and minimize migration overhead. The second phase develops migration program to resolve the issue of where to move to. The target is to improve resource utilization and reduce the number of machines. Simulation results verify the superiority and rationality of this resource manager.

Abstract: Information sharing and collaboration brings about interest of Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) for “islands of information coherence” in the organizaiton. EAI actually can be an elastic framework based on Service-oriented Architecture (SOA), developed from the bottom up by means of existing technologies. This paper introduces Message-oriented Middleware (MOM) with detail explanation on its implementation framework and operational priciples, and proposes an approch to build a flexible and reliable messaging system based on MOM. Both SOAP and database adaptors provide by MOM are utilized to store-and-forward all the todo tasks diversed in different applications. Users can access the relevant todo information in Enterprise Information Portal with great improvement on the operation efficiency, instead of visiting different application systems to deal with the todo tasks.

Abstract: Edge detection is an important first step operation of obtaining information from an image. In this paper, a new edge detection operator is proposed, which is based on the principle of evaluating the local fluctuation of pixel values. The pixel values within a mask are normalized so that they can be treated as probabilities. Then, modified Tsallis entropy of the probabilities is calculated. Edges are detected where the value of this entropy is below a properly chosen threshold. The obtained edges are further refined by a morphological operation. Generalizations to color images are also considered. The new operator shows promising effect in the simulation.

Abstract: this paper proposed an Energy-aware Data Gathering Protocol Based on Double Cluster-heads protocol (EAGRDC). In EAGRDC, the residual energy of sensor nodes and the average residual energy of node are compared to select the main structure of each cluster the cluster head. Then in the cluster structure, a vice cluster head is added in the cluster to responsible for data forwarding, thus it can unload part of the energy consumption of the main cluster head. When routing between clusters, a layer structure is used to seek the next hop node. The experiment results showed that, compared to LEACH and EADEEG, EAGRDC can effectively extend the time of death of node 30 rounds, and its number of cluster head is the most stable, thus it can significantly prolong the lifetime of network.

Abstract: Abstract-At present, 2-D DCT is applied widely in the field of signal processing. But the transform actually operates 1-D DCT to the rows and columns of 2-D data successively, which limits the transform speed to farther improve. To overcome such drawback, a parallel computing method is proposed in the paper. First, some new matrix operation algorithms and a new transform matrix are defined. Then, 2-D SDCT (Submatrix Discrete Cosine Transform) is operated integrally based on the new transform matrix and new matrix operation algorithm. Finally, the parallel computing of 2-D DCT is analyzed based on the characteristic of 2-D SDCT. The theoretical analysis shows that the calculating amount of the proposed method only needs one time multiplication and a few times additions, and the transform speed relative to other fast algorithms is improved notably.

Abstract: In practice, group lending is a lending method for SMEs with high repayment rate. Theoretical and empirical researches demonstrate the improvement of the credit market by group lending from the bank’s perspective, which prove that group lending has information advantages and has extrusion effect to the risk group. This paper studies the function of group lending to relieve the situation of SMEs’ finance problem from the SMEs’ perspective integrating the characteristics of group making. The research indicates that rather than individual lending, group lending can provide loans with better interest rate. The better interest rate can lower the success probability of the enterprises which meet the loan participation constraint condition and lower the yield requirement of the borrower’s project, and finally improve the loan chances of SMEs.

Abstract: This study discussed the decoding mechanism of block product turbo code (BPTC) (196,96) and simulated its efficiency, used the Hamming (15,11) and Hamming (13,9) block channel code combinations and block interleaving to construct a BPSK modulation and BPTC (196,96) coding system in the concept of feedback encoding in turbo code. The decoding mechanism was meticulously described to explain the advantage of this turbo feedback structure. This study also analyzed and simulated special combination of MSK modulation with Golay (20, 8) channel code. Golay (20,8) decoding correction capability was comprehensively discussed. The simulation results indicate MSK Golay (20,8) is less robust than BPSK Golay (20,8) for 2.8dB against noise, but BPSK BPTC (196, 96) is 3dB more robust than MSK Golay (20, 8) and it is also a better choice than BPSK Golay (20, 8), if signal Eb/N0 is stronger than 5dB. Whenever the C code system program is constructed, the system program should be optimized and realized on the DSP platform. Both MSK Golay and BPSK BPTC C program optimization efficiency statistics are analyzed. The implementation can be applied to the wireless communication system of SDR concept, so that different modulation and encoding modes can adjust parameters in firmware directly according to different system specification requirements.

Abstract: Support vector machine (SVM) is based on the special small samples theory with strong generalization ability, and is selected as an optimal theory for small samples classify problem. Electrical capacitance tomography (ECT) is a typical small samples and nonlinear mapping problem. In this paper the ECT image reconstruction algorithm based on SVM is proposed and a novel training method is proposed to improve the efficiency of SVM classifier by selecting active penalty parameters. Programming software based on Matlab6.5 and VC6.0, the simulation and experiment results indicates this algorithm has stronger space resolution and generalization ability, overall performance of the algorithm is better than some classic reconstruction algorithm such as LBP, etc. However, the algorithm requires the higher quality of training samples, otherwise less real-time, loss of application value.

Abstract: In the economic field, there are game relationships among central government, local government and the enterprises, which come from different interest groups who try to make their own interest maximum. When one enterprise engages in R&D activities and is infringed, there exist non-cooperative game relationships between the central government and local government, and the game eventually will affect the central government policies, while the central government decisions also affect the entire market and local government strategy. This paper focuses on the government game behaviour in the process of protecting the patented products, and attempts to analyze the business conditions and its economic environment by using Principles of Microeconomics and Game Theory, so as to find out the factors that ultimately influence the government policy-making and how the government policies affect enterprises.
